in Singapore in 1990, Achieve Career Consultant has
over the years successfully provided fully integrated
manpower services such as temporary, contract and
permanent recruitment and staffing solutions to multinational
corporations and local conglomerates from different
industries within the Asia Pacific region.

In today's ever-changing

facets of business. Achieve Technology Asia Pacific
was therefore spun-off from Achieve Career Consultant
in 1997 as a specialized manpower consultancy services
firm with the primary objective of providing impeccable
human capital solutions in these various specialized
fields.

Asia Pacific have both grown to be recognized as leading
staffing solutions providers within the recruitment
arena. With our specialized industrial knowledge,
recruitment skill sets and database collection from

Originally incorporated
in 1990, Achieve has launched a new division, Achieve
International Recruitment Pte Ltd (AIR) in 2008 in
response to the intensified need for foreign talent
in sectors such as food & beverage, retail, hospitality
and the manufacturing industry. AIR specializes in
the placement of high quality, English-speaking graduates
from various countries including China, Myanmar, the
Philippines and Vietnam.
As a one-stop
human capital global solutions provider, AIR will
source, screen, interview and shortlist potential
candidates with the right qualifications, experience
and attitude for the best fit. It will also arrange
the necessary documentation, permit applications,
renewals, security bonds, medical check-ups and accommodation,
if necessary. To ensure a smooth, hassle-free and
efficient foreign recruitment process for its valued
clients, AIR will also provide welcoming, orientation,
consultation, counseling and repatriation services
– at NO recruitment fee incurred to the employer.
Established to
spearhead the company’s international direction
in 2007, JCG Search International succeeds Joshua
Consulting Group, which was set up in 2000 to undertake
Achieve’s executive search needs. Its services
include advertised selection, network search, database
file search and systematic headhunting in the specialised
areas of hitech manufacturing, semiconductor, information
technology, logistics, legal and regulatory, telecommunications,
heavy industrial, property and healthcare.
