We recently polled over 500 companies to find out about their hiring plans for this year. The results of the Hiring Trends 1H 2010 Report show that more companies are planning to hire in the first half of this year – 61% versus 39% who are not intending to grow their workforce. Our survey also examines companies’ prospective salary increments for new hires, as well as the growing trend of the hiring of contract workers, especially during times of economic uncertainty.
