Last month, the Achieve Group of Companies celebrated its 18th year in the search and recruitment industry with a cocktail celebration at Grand Hyatt Singapore. The event was a great success and was graced by Guest-of-Honour Member of Parliament Mdm Ho Geok Choo. Mdm Ho gave an insightful speech to the large crowd comprising Achieve’s many clients and partners in the HR community. Read more

Hiring continues despite fears of recession

There are plenty of firms here which expect a recession but plenty more believe that their own hiring plans will not be derailed by a downturn. The findings from a survey by an employment services consultancy indicate that bosses are keeping focused on the long term despite the growing short-term uncertainty.
