On 15th August 2008, the Achieve
Group of Companies celebrated its 18th year in the search
and recruitment industry with a cocktail celebration at
Grand Hyatt Singapore. The event was a great success and
was graced by Guest-of-Honour Member of Parliament Mdm Ho
Geok Choo, who gave an insightful speech to the large crowd
comprising Achieve’s many clients and partners in
the HR community.
The celebration was also marked by the
launch of Achieve International Recruitment (AIR), our new
division specialising in a one-stop comprehensive foreign
recruitment service. Developed in response to the intensified
need for foreign talent in sectors such as food & beverage,
retail, hospitality and manufacturing, AIR will source,
screen, interview and shortlist high-quality, English-speaking
graduates from various countries including China, Myanmar,
the Philippines and Vietnam – at NO recruitment fee
incurred to the employer.
Last but not least, the Achieve Group
also announced its partnership with Australia-based charity
Compassion to sponsor the learning and development of 18
underprivileged children around the world.
“We have been greatly blessed
and we would also like to take this opportunity to give
back to society,” says Joshua Yim, founder and CEO
of Achieve.
He adds: “We would like to thank
all of our clients and friends in the HR community for your
support throughout the years. We look forward to continue
strengthening our relationships with all of you in the years
to come.”
